This King Edward Classic 50 Potato Oven is the ultimate must have for any catering establishment, ideal for restaurants, delis, caf�s, hotels, canteens and much more. The potato oven is made from a black powder coated stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for withstanding the rigours of a busy kitchen. The interior is also made from a food grade stainless steel and features a slide out serving tray in top display area for safe and easy cleaning.

The potato oven has a temperature range of 0�C to 250� C, which is thermostatically controlled. This highly effective fan assisted oven ensures flexible cooking as it allows the heat to evenly distributed throughout. This contemporary styled high volume potato baker can hold up to 120 potatoes each time. It cooks 50/60 potatoes in the main oven in around 60 minutes plus similar quantity in storage area.

This Classic 50 Potato Oven also features a removable toughened glass write on and wipe off menu board. The illuminated storage / display area to hold and present jacket potatoes when ready to serve. The rounded interior corners within the oven is ideal for cleaning and hygiene purposes. The interior also holds 2 removable wire shelves for added cooking flexibility and versatility.
