Simon Rogan, Raymond Blanc and Robin Hutson have been confirmed for the Cateys Conference.

The event - in its 30th year - is taking place on November 8th at Jumeirah Carlton Tower in London. It is organised by Caterer and Hotelkeeper.

It features discussions and talks on all topics relating to the hotel and restaurant business. Many important industry members will be attending, so it is useful for suppliers of catering equipment to make contact with many restaurant, hotel and other hospitality owners. It will also provide an opportunity to raise awareness to owners on various important aspects within business, such as the importance of investing in a high quality kitchen.

Of particular importance may be the extended lunch break, as it features an open surgery allowing delegates to network and seek business advice from other members and operators within the industry.

Group editor for Caterer and Hotelkeeper Mark Lewis said: "Through our Catey awards, Caterer and Hotelkeeper has celebrated successful, creative and visionary operators in hospitality for 30 years. By drawing the most gifted and inspirational from this already exclusive list we are going to create an event that has the potential to change delegates' businesses forever."

The conference also comes after the Cateys Awards - also by Caterer and Hotelkeeper - which give attention to the best in the industry. All speakers at the event will be former winners of the award, having proven themselves in the sector already. The likes of Jason Atherton and Roy Ackerman have already been confirmed to be attending and talking on the day.

This year saw Simon Rogan - speaking at the conference as part of a discussion on "Creating a winning product" - receive the award for independent restaurant of the year.

Talks will see these key speakers discuss secrets and methods of building successful hotel and restaurant operations, such as how to engage customers and provide a successful working product.ADNFCR-16001031-ID-801636793-ADNFCR
