I changed my mind, how do I return my goods?

  • Please call our office on 0344 725 9494 and ask to speak to a member of our Customer Services team
  • Please be aware that items must not be returned without prior authorisation and may be subject to a handling charge
  • Returned goods must be stocked items, unused and in original packaging
  • Capital Equipment, Non-Stocked or Special Order items may attract a re-stocking charge or may be non-returnable

My order has been delivered but some of the items are damaged, what should I do?

  • Please call our office on 0344 725 9494 and ask to speak to a member of our Customer Services team
  • Please note that all damages must be reported with 24 hours of the delivery being signed for
  • We may require that damaged goods are retained for inspection, therefore please do not dispose of them before speaking to a member of our team

Do you offer the option to lease equipment?

  • Leasing packages may be available, please contact our office on 0344 725 9494 for more details
  • Credit is subject to status and credit references. Written quotations available on request

How do I request a quotation?

  • Add the items you require to your basket and click on checkout
  • If prompted, enter your log in details (if you have not registered with us you will need to do so)
  • On the checkout page you will find a button for "Request a quote", click on this and an email will be sent to our sales team who will produce your personalised quotation

Can I have my company logo printed on your crockery?

  • We are able to offer custom badging and artwork on selected ranges of crockery. Please contact our office on 0344 725 9494 for more details
  • Manufacturers of Custom Crockery have minimum initial quantities and minimum repeat order quantities and these vary by manufacturer. Quantities of Products cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a 10% tolerance factor which must be accepted by you

What payment options do you offer?

  • We currently offer 2 payment options:
    • Credit/Debit Card
      • Your payment will be processed through our secure third party facilitator - WorldPay
      • Brakes Catering Equipment will never ask you for your card details in an email
    • Credit Account
      • If you have an existing Brakes Catering Equipment credit account then you may be able to use this to order online
      • If you do not already have a credit account facility with Brakes Catering Equipment, please call a member of our Sales Team on 0344 725 9494 and ask about setting one up
