This Victorinox Parer With Pointed Tip and Serrated Edge Blade is the ideal food prep essential for any catering establishment, perfect for restaurants, hotels, care homes, domestic use and much more.
The sharp straight blade is made from stainless steel, which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. The black handle is made from polypropylene, which is a strong and long-lasting plastic that offers grip and comfort during use.
This Victorinox Parer is 10cm (4") in length and is also dishwasher safe. Other knives from the Victorinox range are also available for purchase from Brakes.
Victorinox are the manufacturers of the famous Swiss Army knives and possibly the most well known blades in the world. Please note that you must be over 18 to buy this product.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
