At Brakes Catering equipment we can offer you a range of simple to use and identify, colour coded knives. Health and Safety is the priority in any kitchen. One of the best ways of ensuring good food hygiene and reducing the risk of cross contamination is to adopt the colour coded system.
This Green Paring Knife has a coloured handle making it easy to categorise and separate into meat, vegetable, fish etc use so that there is no chance of cross contamination. Each knife is designed to be durable, simple to use and machine washable making them ideal for any professional or commercial kitchen.
The green handle means that this knife is suitable for cutting up salad and fruit. This Green Parer has a 10cm (4") blade. Other colour coded knives are also available from Brakes.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
