This Probe is designed specifically to fit to the Therma 1 Digital Thermometer which features a large digital display is easy to read making this an essential to any cooking environment.

The Probe also features a small LCD screen which also displays the temperature. Please note that the digital thermometer is available here at Brakes separately. The temperature range for this thermometer is -99.9c to 1372c.
