This Stainless Steel Skimmer/Strainer is the ultimate utensil for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, deli's, cafés and much more. This Skimmer/Strainer is made from Tinned Steel which is rust resistant, ideal for continuous and long-term use. The steel wire which is shaped like a spiders web allows you to retrieve foods which have been cooked in deep pots, steaming hot water and oil and much more. A great utensil for checking if food has been cooked properly.
This utensil is ideal for straining larger types of foods in comparison to a sieve. The long handle is ideal for deep pots and protecting you from any spitting which may occur with very hots sauces and oil. The hook at the end of the handle is ideal for hanging and storage purposes or for hooking onto the rim of your pots and pans. This Skimmer/Strainer is both safe and easy to use.
