This Robot Coupe R301 Ultra Food Processor is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, delis and much more.

This Food Processor and features a 3.7 stainless steel cutter bowl with flat cutting knife. This cutting knife is made from stainless steel with a flat blade which is robust, hygienic and ideal for continuous use. The strong stainless steel combined with the sharp flat edge helps to cut through anything for an effective and efficient processor.

This Robot Coupe R301 Ultra Food Processor also comes with a separate vegetable preparation attachment for continuous feed. This processor features a 2mm slicer and 4mm grater as well as a 2mm slicer and 6mm grater. It also and includes an induction motor and motor brake. The thermal protector stops the motor if it has been left on for too long. The pulse function allows you get the right consistency and texture whilst given precision control. The stainless steel motor shaft also offers a higher resistance.
