This Metcalfe 5MP30 Heavy Duty 30 Litre Planetary Mixer is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range and is supplied with a bowl, beater, whisk and dough hook. It can be used for mixing up a host of delicious recipes, such as cakes, bread and mousses on a large industrial scale, making this ideal for use in a variety of catering establishments, including schools, hospitals, hotels, restaurants and many more.

This Floorstanding Mixer features a fully integrated timer, a 30 litre fully CE approved and stainless steel bowl with an electrically interlocked bowl guard and bowl lift. It requires a 3 phase power supply.

The dimensions of this Metcalfe 5MP30 Heavy Duty 30 Litre Planetary Mixer are W568xD665xH1156mm. It also comes with the assurance of a one year parts and labour warranty.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
