Although the law does not state which colours should be used with which foods, the widely used system in the UK is:

We recommend that your chopping boards are washed in hot, soapy water after use and then stored in an upright position in a chopping board rack such as this one, which will then allow air to circulate between the boards. This will cut down on the risk of cross contamination and will also help to keep the chopping boards in good condition.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
