This 12 inch Black Iron Deep Pizza Pan is part of the Brakes range which is ideal for baking delicious traditional deep pan pizzas in commercial or domestic kitchens, at restaurants, bakers, delis or anywhere pizzas are part of the menu choice.
The deep pizza pan is made from hardwearing and robust black steel, and can be used in either conveyor or deck ovens. The deep edge allows the dough to rise enabling the baking of this thick dough.
This pizza pan is not recommended for dishwasher use and should be kept dry and well oiled with cooking oil once used. Please note metal utensils should not used with this pan and the pan should be seasoned prior to use.
The dimensions of this pizza base 30x3.8cm base (12x1.5"). Alternative 9 inch and 10 inch pans and a thin base pan options are also available in the Brakes pizza and pasta tools range giving excellent flexibility for the pizza range offered.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
