This Black Iron Tapered Pizza Pan is part of the Brakes Cookware range and is ideal for baking delicious traditional pizzas in commercial or domestic kitchens, at restaurants, bakers, delis or anywhere pizzas are part of the menu choice.

The Tapered Pizza Pan is made from hardwearing and robust black iron and can be used in either conveyor or deck ovens. The tapered edge allows the dough to rise enabling the baking of the popular thick dough.

This Pizza Pan is not recommended for dishwasher use and should be kept dry and well oiled with cooking oil once used. Please note metal utensils should not used with this Pizza Pan and that it should be seasoned prior to use.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
