The dough scrapper has a and heavy duty moulded plastic handle for comfort, and a stainless blade. This cutter is designed for professional use and is an essential piece of equipment for anyone regularly preparing dough.
The dimensions of this dough scraper are 15x7.5cm (6x3"). Additional equipment for creating the perfect bread or pizzas are available from Brakes these include bread tins, baking trays, thick and thin base pans and separators, giving excellent flexibility for the range offered.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
