This Blizzard TOP1500EN Refrigerated Pizza, Sandwich / Salad Preparation Top is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, delis, restaurants, canteens, hospitals, buffet displays and much more. Both the interior and exterior is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and is ideal for long-term and continuous use. It also features a hinged stainless steel lid.

The refrigerated top has a temperature range of +2 to +8C, ensuring your food is kept chilled at its best. The defrost system is manually operated and is easy to use. This top operates at an ambient of 32C. This Blizzard refrigerated top features an electronic Dixell controller with temperature display which both easy to use and read.

Blizzard TOP1500EN Refrigerated Top has the capacity to hold 6 x 1/3 gastronorm containers up to 150mm deep which are not supplied as standard but are available separately here at Brakes.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
