The exterior of this blast chiller is made from 304 grade stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use.
This blast chiller is a bottom mounted refrigeration system which ensures stability and helps performance as well as minimising noise. The surf navigation system ensures an easy programme selection as the menu driven dial lets you simply turn to select the programme required. The front loading chiller allows for easy access as well as making cleaning and maintenance simpler.
The Foster BC21 Stainless Steel Cabinet Blast Chiller is capable of blast chilling from 70C to 3C in 90 minutes. The entry temperature is up to +90C, exceeding food safety requirements. It also features an automatic hold function as well as an automatic defrost and smart defrost function for added convenience. The Foster air circulation system ensures uniform chilling whilst protecting the food service.
The interior features 6 shelf positions and is designed to hold 1/1 gastronorms which are are available separately here at Brakes. Shelves are not supplied as standard. It also has a 21kg chilling capacity.
