The Eikon E4 combines a multiple combination of heat technologies such as convection heat, planar plumes, impingement air and microwave energy. It cooks up to 15 x faster than traditional cooking methods. This oven is made from stainless steel, which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for continuous and long-term use.

The Merrychef Eikon E4 Rapid Cook Oven has a USB memory stick data transfer of up to 1024 cooking programs. It also features the latest catalyst technology which eliminates grease and reduces cooking odours. The cool-to-touch oven means food heats quickly while the outside panels stay cool for added safety and convenience. It has a quick pre-heat time of 15 minutes, ideal for busy kitchens and maintaining a high output rate.

This oven uses a pictorial easy to touch and use screen technology. It also comes with 1 oven shelf rack, cool down pan and vitreous oven tray.
