This King Edward Vista 60 Bake and Display Oven is the ultimate must have for any catering establishment, ideal for restaurants, delis, cafés, hotels, canteens and much more. The potato oven is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for withstanding the rigours of a busy kitchen. The interior is also made from a food grade stainless steel and features removable wire trays for safe and easy cleaning.

The potato oven has a temperature range of 0°C to 250° C, which is thermostatically controlled. This highly effective fan assisted oven ensures flexible cooking as it allows the heat to evenly distributed throughout. This contemporary styled high volume potato baker can hold up to 120 potatoes each time. It cooks 50/60 potatoes in the main oven in around 60 minutes plus similar quantity in storage area.

This Vista 60 Bake and Display Oven is also ideal for holding a variety of other foods such as croissants, baguettes, pastries and much more. It also has an independently heated, illuminated storage / display area with 360 degree visibility to hold and present potatoes. This display area features a glass lid and interior lighting for added appeal and stock purposes.
