The interior of this oven is made from stainless steel which is durable, robust and hygienic, ideal for withstanding the rigours of a busy kitchen. It also features removable wire shelves for easy cleaning. The exterior is made from a durable Claret colour vitreous enamel.

The King Edward Potato Baker, being both highly visual and attractive, is the ultimate means of cooking and displaying delicious hot jacket potatoes enabling you to maximise your sales of this very profitable meal or snack. This fan assisted convection oven ensures the heat is evenly distributed throughout for consistent cooking results. The ovens temperature is also thermostatically controlled.

The baker has been designed to cook up to 20/25 potatoes in main oven in around 60 mins plus similar quantity held in storage/display. This oven also features a 90 minute audible timer to help you ensure that your potatoes are cooked to perfection.
