This King Edward Classic Compact Multi-Purpose Oven with Integral Bain marie is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for restaurants, delis, canteens and much more. The interior of this oven is made from a heavy duty stainless steel which is durable, robust, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. The inside rounded corners allow for safe and easy cleaning.

The King Edward Classic Compact Multi-Purpose Oven has a temperature range of 0° to 250° C which is thermostatically controlled. The oven is also fan assisted which ensures that all heat is evenly distributed throughout. This economical to run compact oven can hold 20 to 25 and x 8oz or 10oz and potatoes which take approximately 1 hour to cook. The interior of the oven also features 2 shelf positions for optimum cooking space.

The top of the oven features a dry heat integral bain marie, ideal for storing your potatoes filling or side orders such as baked beans, chilli con carne and much more. This combination of cooking adds convenience and efficiency to your service. The top also features a removable, toughened glass front with a sneeze screen and write-on/wipe-off menu board, for you to customize with your own menu every day.
