This Blue Seal GP516-LS Gas Heavy Duty Griddle on a Leg Stand is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, delis, caf�s and much more. The griddle is made from a 20mm thick polished steel plate which provides an even distribution of heat all over, ideal for busy kitchens and periods. The piezo ignition and individual burners produce a high performance gas griddle which has a temperature range of 90C to 300C, for that ultimate cooking experience. These high performance piezo gas burners, can be thermostatically controlled for added convenience and overall control.
The removable drip tray captures any unwanted residue from the food protecting your gas griddle so that it can perform better for longer. The base of the Blue Seal GP516-LS Gas Heavy Duty Griddle features an open leg stand with shelf, perfect for storing any sauces and condiments in. This griddle features 2 adjustable feet which can be altered to meet your individual demands or kitchen specifications. As well as 2 castors for easy maneuverability.
