Fitted with two independent 2.9kW elements, it quickly recovers temperature, even with frozen food. The top-mounted dial thermostats, digital timers, and alarms ensure consistent results.

Each tank is independently controlled, allowing you to cook at two different temperatures or save energy by powering down one side during quieter hours. Cleaning is easy with hinged elements and front-mounted drain taps, while the V-shaped pans optimise oil drainage. Stainless steel lids protect the oil when not in use.
