This fryer filter has been designed for the Blue Seal Gas Fryer GT60 which is also available here at Brakes. The built in filtering system helps to enhance the flavour and quality of your food by removing particles from the oil which can burn or taint your food.

The Blue Seal EF40 FilterMax Fryer Filter works well with premium vegetable oils, extending the life of your oil and reducing long-term costs of replacing it. This filter features a robust and powerful pump which can filter up to 40 litres of oil and in just 10 minutes, it can drain, filter and refill a 26 litre tank, perfect for busy kitchens and increasing your output rate. After use, this fryer oil filter can be stored under your gas fryer for added convenience.

The reverse motor action helps to flush out any unwanted oil for a total system clean. The filter is easy to clean and uses reusable filter bags with up to 500 applications. The heavy duty insulated locking handle means no spillages and no mess for a hassle free use, along with a 1 year parts and labour warranty.
