This Foam Knife is part of the Brakes beverage range, and it great for creating a professional finish to cappuccinos and lattes, making this ideal in a variety of food service venues such as cafés, restaurants, bars or any establishment where coffee is served.
The Foam Knife can be used to scoop out milk foam and give a smooth presentation to finished coffees. The Foam knife is made of high quality stainless steel making it hardwearing and hygienic. The dimensions of this knife are 11.4cm (4.5") and there is also a full range of cutlery and beverage accessories available.

Where specified, installation can be quoted on request for capital equipment. Price includes delivery to your door (ground floor, UK mainland only) but not unpacking or positioning. Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
There may be occasions where Brakes would like to supply your contact details to certain third parties whose products are on promotion, for their salesforce or call centre to call you direct and take orders which are then transferred to Brakes for delivery with your normal order.
