The cupboard is fully GN 1/1 compatible and includes two removable shelves with supports for adaptable storage. Capacity is suitable for up to 36 plated meals or 258 standard 10� plates.
The HC20MS features top hung sliding doors with zero dirt traps at the front edge, and a removable element cover to maximise cleaning access. A robust push/pull bar can be mounted to either end or removed depending on installation requirements. Four 100 mm swivel castors, two braked, allow easy mobility and secure positioning.
