The Victor HC30MS General Purpose Hot Cupboard is designed for versatile use across catering environments including care facilities, shops, pubs, hotels, caf�s, schools, and colleges. It is made from stainless steel, and its double skin construction provides a cool wall exterior for safe usage.
The cupboard is fully GN 1/1 compatible and includes two removable shelves with supports for adaptable storage. Capacity is suitable for up to 48 plated meals or 344 standard 10� plates.
The HC30MS features top-hung sliding doors with zero dirt traps at the front edge, and a removable element cover to maximise cleaning access. A robust push/pull bar can be mounted to either end or removed depending on installation requirements. Four 100 mm swivel castors, two braked, allow easy mobility and secure positioning.
