This Victor BM30MSG Bain Marie Hot Cupboard is the ultimate solution for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, buffet displays and much more. This fully GN 1/1 compatible Hot Cupboard is made from stainless steel and its double skin construction provides a cool wall exterior for safe usage.

The Bain Marie and Hot Cupboard are thermostatically controlled with each heat element being independently adjustable, for added convenience and versatility. The sliding door to the hot cupboard minimises the risk of trapping dirt. The Hot Cupboard has the capacity to hold up to 48 plated meals or 344 empty 10" plates. The interior also features 2 removable shelves and supports for optimum space.The digital display temperature is easy to read.

The robust push/pull bar offers grip and comfort whist transporting your food between rooms. The base of the Hot Cupboard features 4 swivel castors with 2 braked for easy and convenient manoeuverability as well as static positioning.
