The Victor CTB2 Bain Marie heated topper is suitable for a wide range of catering operations.
Constructed from heavy duty stainless steel, the unit offers durable performance in demanding environments. The unit has adjustable thermostat controls in addition to operator-changeable 300 W quartz heat lamps with a dimmer control, providing overhead heat and enhanced presentation lighting. A toughened glass sneeze screen to the customer side ensures hygienic service. The unit accommodates 2 � GN 1/1 containers at 65mm depth for dry heat operation (containers not included).
