Finance Options - Terms & Conditions

  1. Sysco GB Limited trading as Brakes Catering Equipment (“BCE”) (FCA No. 680147) is a broker and not a lender. BCE do not provide any financing advice or recommendations. Customers of BCE are free to apply to any finance provider of their choice. Finance may be subject to status and separate terms.

  2. Customers may apply to Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited (”Kennet”) (FCA No. 676024), for credit, but are free to use any finance provider they choose. Applications to any finance provider, including Kennet, will require the customer to complete a status check, and any finance agreement between the customer and the finance provider will be subject to separate terms and conditions. The finance provider may apply fees as part of the finance agreement, such as a documentation fee.

  3. Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited act as both a credit broker and a lender, where Kennet act as a credit broker Kennet we will inform the customer. When Kennet act as a credit broker, Kennet will not charge you a fee for their services directly, instead Kennet will receive a commission from the lender Kennet have placed the Customer’s finance with. Further details can be found in Kennet’s Terms of Business document.

  4. Quotations provided by Kennet are valid for Limited Companies and Partnerships of four partners or more. For Small Partnerships & Sole Traders please contact Kennet on 01675 628745.

  5. Sysco GB Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority for the purposes of Secondary Credit Broking. Sysco GB Limited introduce business to Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited, who facilitate the finance. Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited is Authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority FRN 676024. Kennet Equipment Leasing Limited is an authorised Credit Broker and Lender. Kennet work with a panel of lenders.

  6. All purchases (whether with finance or otherwise) from Brakes Catering Equipment are subject to the Brakes Catering Equipment standard Terms and Conditions of sale available at https://www.brakesce.co.uk/policies/terms-and-conditions

  7. The price for the product (“Product”) is applicable at the time the application for finance is submitted. If the same product goes on promotion after the application is submitted, the promotional price will not apply. The price shown on the website does not represent an offer to supply credit or supply of goods or finance.

  8. Application process time: The period between submitting a valid application and receiving a decision from the relevant finance provider will be subject to their application process.

  9. Any information provided by the customer to BCE will be used in accordance with the Sysco Privacy Notice available at https://www.brakesce.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.

  10. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BCE exclude all liability to the customer for any losses in connection with third party financing.

  11. These terms and conditions are subject to English law.
