This Glasswasher operates on 46 and 162 minute cycles, perfect for those busy kitchens or periods. The Winterhalter UC-S Small Undercounter Glasswasher features a hold or cold fill. This Glasswasher and ensures a fast turn around so that your glasses can be reused quickly throughout the day.
The Winterhalter UC-S Small Undercounter Glasswasher features a 400 x 400mm rack size providing ample space for your glassware. This Glasswasher features a drain, detergent and rinse aid pumps to aid the performance of your washing. With 3 standard programmes, this Glasswasher is both safe and easy to use.
The UC-Series Glasswashers and Dishwashers from Winterhalter have also been improved with a lot more functionality for ease of use. These include an intuitive digital display that can be operated even with gloves on and a newly designed s-shaped wash field, which requires less water to turn it, thus reducing consumption by up to 25% and offering up to 22% lower operating costs overall.
In addition the units now have a built in connected wash meaning that updates can be sent remotely and data such as dosing levels can be pushed to the machine.
