The Winterhalter UC-M Medium Undercounter Glasswasher has 3 standard programmes, runs from hot or cold fill, has a drain, detergent with rinse aid pump, and is designed to facilitate and enhance the work for bar staff, making this Glass Washer ideal for busy bars.
The UC-Series Glasswashers and Dishwashers from Winterhalter have also been improved with a lot more functionality for ease of use. These include an intuitive digital display that can be operated even with gloves on and a newly designed s-shaped wash field, which requires less water to turn it, thus reducing consumption by up to 25% and offering up to 22% lower operating costs overall.
In addition the units now have a built in connected wash meaning that updates can be sent remotely and data such as dosing levels can be pushed to the machine.
