The Dishwasher has a built in drain, detergent and rinse aid pumps. With its tough silver metal skin construction the unit is strong and robust. The Dishwasher has three standard wash cycles making this ideal for the busy kitchen.
The UC-Series Glasswashers and Dishwashers from Winterhalter have also been recently and improved with a lot more functionality for ease of use. These include an intuitive digital display that can be operated even with gloves on and a newly designed s-shaped wash field, which requires less water to turn it, thus reducing consumption by up to 25% and offering up to 22% lower operating costs overall.
In addition the units now have a built in connected wash meaning that updates can be sent remotely and data such as dosing levels can be pushed to the machine.
