This Winterhalter UC-L Large Undercounter Dishwasher is ideal for many establishments where commercial dish washers are used, such as hotels, restaurants, pubs, schools, hospitals and many more.

This high quality Dishwasher is designed not only to facilitate and enhance the work for kitchen professionals and is also energy efficient. The dishwasher has a built in Drain, detergent and rinse aid pumps. With its tough silver metal skin construction the unit is strong and robust. The Dishwasher has three standard wash cycles that clean approximately 40/28/24 racks per hour, making this ideal for the busy kitchen.

The UC-Series Dishwashers from Winterhalter have also now been improved with a lot more functionality for ease of use. These include an intuitive digital display that can be operated even with gloves on and a newly designed s-shaped wash field, which requires less water to turn it, thus reducing consumption by up to 25% and offering up to 22% lower operating costs overall.

In addition the units now have a built in connected wash meaning that updates can be sent remotely and data such as dosing levels can be pushed to the machine.

The dimensions of this Winterhalter Dishwasher are W600xD603xH820mm with a 500mm rack size that allows for a 404mm plate clearance. It also comes with a Winterhalter two year parts and labour warranty.
