This mobile hot cupboard is fan assisted which provides an even heat distribution ensuring that all your food is cooked accurately and together. Fan assisted also helps to heat you food up faster improving your recovery times and increasing your output. Fan assisted also means lower energy usage. The castors at the base of the hot cupboard make it easy to maneuver for added convenience.

This Lincat P6B3 Bain Marie Hot Cupboard features two heavy duty multi section chrome plated rod shelves which are capable of taking heavier loads, which means that more food can be cooked each time. The four different shelf positions allows you to adjust the hot cupboard to your individual needs. The accurate digital electronic temperature control is both safe and easy to use.

The Lincat P6B3 Bain Marie Hot Cupboard has a temperature range of 20°C to 99°C, which is ideal for all types of food. This hot cupboard also comply with food hygiene. This hot-cupboard is thermostatically controlled with a wet of dry bain marie top. This unit accepts 3 X 1/1 150mm deep gastronorms (not included) but are available separately here at Brakes.
