The display is made from a 430 grade stainless steel which is robust, durable, hygienic and ideal for long-term and continuous use. The hob top is made from aluminium which is energy efficient. It has a minimum food holding temperature of 72C. The temperature is thermostatically controlled. The Lincat HB2 Heated Display Base has been designed to hold 1/1 GN gastronorms which are not included but are available separately here at Brakes.
