The Lincat Silverlink 600 CS4 Chip Scuttle heats from below. The temperature is operated using a simmerstat control. This chip scuttle comes supplied with a removable perforated fat drain plate container for easy cleaning and maintenance. The lid is double hinged for easy access. This countertop unit is ideal for saving valuable floor space within your kitchen.
