The body of the bain marie is made from a 430 grade stainless steel construction whilst the GN containers and lids are made from a 304 grade stainless steel. This stainless steel is durable, robust, hygienic, easy to clean and is perfect for long-term and continuous use.

The Lincat Silverlink 600 BS3W Bain Marie is perfect for holding sauces, soups, pre-cooked foods and much more keeping foods at serving temperature for up to 2 hours. This bain marie comes with 2 x 4.5 litre (8 pint) stainless steel round pot with lid. The temperature is operated via a thermostatic control. This countertop unit cooks using direct wet heat.
