The body of the bain marie is made from a 430 grade stainless steel construction whilst the GN containers and lids are made from a 304 grade stainless steel. This stainless steel is durable, robust, hygienic, easy to clean and is perfect for long-term and continuous use.

The Lincat LYNX 400 LBM3 Bain Marie is perfect for holding sauces, soups, pre-cooked foods and much more keeping foods at serving temperature for up to 2 hours. This bain marie comes with 6 x 100mm deep stainless steel 1/4 GN containers with lids. The temperature is operated via a simmerstat control. This countertop unit cooks using dry heat.
