This Sign is ideal for making your staff members aware of the dangers when cutting with or on colour coded chopping boards or knives.
This Sign is designed to suit colour coded knives so that staff can cut the correct ingredients on the correct chopping board to avoid any cross contamination. This is a great way to implement and maintain and clean and hygienic kitchen. Colour coded kitchen knives are also available here at Brakes. This Sign is easy to apply, simply peel off the back and stick down. This self adhesive Sign can be stuck to any type of surface for your convenience.
