The knife is made from high quality carbon steel which is robust, durable, hygienic and corrosion resistant. The handle is made from polywood and features stainless steel studs. Polywood is a type of plastic lumber which is resistant to cracking and splitting and has a grainy wood finish. The smooth finish offers grip and comfort during use.

Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
