This Sabatier 17.5cm Santoku Knife is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range and is ideal for hotels, cafés, restaurants or any food service establishments.
This superior quality knife is made from premium M.O.V high carbon steel, which durable, robust and designed to last a lifetime. This fine quality steel gives this taper ground blade Knife superior razor sharpness with the ability to almost cut through anything. Features a 3 riveted handle stainless steel bolster, which gives added grip and comfort during use.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
