This Vsabatier 9 Piece Knife Set and Block is designed to give you all the options needed for chopping, cutting and preparing a variety of food. The knives are part of the Sabatier range which is are superior quality Knives made from premium M.O.V high carbon steel, which is durable, robust and designed to last a lifetime, making it perfect for hotels, restaurants, hospitals, schools and much more.

This 9 piece set contains: parer, all-purpose carver, fork, boning, bread/slicer, vegetable/turner, steel all contained in a wooden block. There is also a full range of knives and colour coded chopping boards available.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
