In every commercial kitchen, each fridge freezer or cold cabinet should have its own temperature log or and record book or folder which enables you to keep track of your temperatures on a regular basis.
This log book contains 6 months worth of and record sheets which features a wipe clean cover. keeping it safe from any potential damage or spillages. Three readings per a day can be entered into this log book making note of the temperature, time and the person responsible for recoding this data.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
