This Red Gourmet Thermometer is the ultimate essential for any catering establishment, perfect for hotels, restaurants, delis, hospitals, home use and much more. The thermometer casing is washable and features a biomaster additive which reduces any bacterial growth. The ergonomic rubber seal helps to minimise the risk dirt from penetrating the casing.
This Red Gourmet Thermometer has a temperature range of -39.9°C to 149.9°C with andplusmn;0.5°C accuracy. This waterproof thermometer is fast reading, perfect for those busy kitchens and periods. The thermometer will power off automatically after ten minutes, maximising battery life. This feature can be disabled if not required. This thermometer is battery operated and will signal when battery is low.
This pocket sized thermometer is also colour coded to help prevent any cross contamination. It features an easy to read digital display screen with a probe which can folded in for added safety. The other colours are also available here at Brakes.
