This ETI EcoTemp Thermometer is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range, it features a large, easy to read LCD display with display hold and max/min memory functions, making this perfect for establishments such as cafés, hotels, schools, pubs, restaurants, and much more.

The Thermometer measures a temperature over the range of -49.9/+199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C or 0.1°F and It is easy to operate with a max/min memory function, simply press the max/min button to display the maximum reading and a max symbol will flash in the display.

Each thermometer is supplied complete with a detachable, rigid, pointed, stainless steel penetration probe and a 750mm PVC connecting lead, protective probe cover, battery and instruction card. There is also a and further range of thermometers and available form Brakes Catering Equipment.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
