This ETI DishTemp Dishwasher Thermometer is part of the Brakes Food Preparation range and is ideal for use hotels, restaurants or any other food service environment.
The Thermometer simulates a plate and when placed in a dishwasher records the maximum surface cleaning temperature. It is waterproof to IP66 with a durable water-tight seal. It is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate and has a temperature range of 0 to 90 °C with ±0.5 °C accuracy.

Customers must check all door entry sizes. Brakes will not accept responsibility for any units that will not fit into the customer’s premises. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
