The stainless steel wires can be individually tightened for a sharper cut and are perfect for creating perfectly finely-sliced Egg. The ideal solution for cutting your boiled eggs with minimum effort. The high quality aluminum and stainless steel construction makes it ideal for both busy commercial kitchens and even your home.
The hinged cutting device makes it easy to use, simply place your boiled Egg in the Egg shaped section and press down... both simple and effective! This Anodised Aluminium Duplex Egg Slicer is both safe to use and easy to clean and is also dishwasher safe.
