Additional Information

This Ceramic 1/2 Deep White Gastronorm by Primeware is designed to use in hot and cold food counter displays. The dishes can also drop in to the well of a servery counter or sit on the countertop. This white ceramic pan is capable of withstanding temperatures of -20°C to +250°C, helping to ensure that food temperatures are well maintained.

This ceramic gastronorm is finished with a smooth rolled edge and a unique glazed foot that helps to protect surfaces against scratching, metal marking and to help prevent damage when stacked. Its durable glaze provides an ultra smooth surface, which helps in prolonging the gastronorm's life.

This gastronorm offers great value for money without compromising durability and functionality. Its high resistance to thermal shock helps to reduce breakages. This Primeware range is Dishwasher, Microwave, Chill, Roast and Freezer safe.
