This Robot Coupe CL40 Veg Prep Machine is a compact table-top model, easy to clean and simple to store and is perfect for use in the tiniest of kitchens, including restaurants, bars, takeaway outlets and sandwich bars.
The comprehensive range of discs available for use with this machine allows you to perform all the fruit and vegetable processing tasks that you could possibly want, such as slicing, ripple-cutting, grating, dicing, cutting into ribbons or matchsticks or making french fries. Please note that the discs are not included and must be purchased separately.
The CL40 possesses a large hopper (104cm²) for large vegetable processing and a cylindrical hopper (5.8cm dia) designed for long and fragile products. It has a simple design and with a removable stainless steel vegetable bowl and lid for easy handling, cleaning and maintenance. It and also has a patented magnetic security device and motor braking system, which stop the machine as soon as the bowl or hoppers are opened.
This Robot Coupe CL40 Veg Prep also features an automatic restart with the pusher and has a speed of 500rpm.

Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. Any products incorrectly ordered by the customer will incur a re-stocking fee, products must be returned in original packaging and be unused. Stainless steel fabrication is non-returnable.
