The tube, bell housing and blade as well as whisk are all made from stainless steel which is hygienic, robust and perfect for long-term and continuous use. The stainless steel removable emulsion disc helps to mix hot and cold sauces giving them their mousse like consistency.
This portable and mobile stick blender features a unique handle which offers maximum grip whilst mixing. The blender is easy and safe to use offering variable speeds, which can offer you a wide range of food textures and consistencies. This mini blender has a self-regulating variable speed range of 1500 to 9000rpm for the mixer. The whisk has a variable speed of 250-1500rpm. It can also blend up to a 50 litre capacity.
