This Metcalfe 14lb Pedestal Mounted Potato Peelier is the ultimate must have for your catering establishment. This Peeling Machine is the perfect way to peel your potatoes in a hurry making it ideal for the busiest of kitchens. This Peeler has been designed to enable its users to operate, clean and maintain with minimum effort. With a powerful direct gear drive motor, this machine can hold up to 6.5kg (14lb), perfect for all your potato peeling needs.

This Metcalfe Potato Peeler has also been designed to fit into your sink for easy and convenient usage. The combination of the powerful 0.5HP motor along with the sharp rotor blade, this Potato Peeling Machine is the perfect choice no matter how big or small.

The 5P147 Potato Peeler is both safe and easy to use. The machine features a guarded discharge chute which allows the door to the chamber to be opened which protects your hands during use. The motor and gearbox is also housed within the pedestal for added protection. The drive between the output shaft and the drive shaft also prevents any jams or overloading from occurring.

The Metcalfe 14lb Pedestal Mounted Potato Peeler is easy to clean, simply turn on your tap and flush it clean. Please note that this machine must be cleaned on a daily basis.

The internal rotor plate is coated in abrasive grit for a long-lasting performance. The inside wall of peeling chamber has patented cast-in abrasive serrations which dispenses with the need for abrasive coating. This means that less potato is lost during both peeling and boiling and the efficiency of the serrations will last the life of the machine.

This Peeling Machine features a wall mounted starter which incorporates the on switch, emergency stop, no-volt release and overload protection features.
